could i get away with running 195 55 15's on my mk2 or would they look daft???

has anyone else got any on??

what do you mean by daft ?

I have 15" wheels and a 60/40 lowered suspension kit, my tyres are 195/45/15" and they look fine, even before those I had 195/55/15"s and they didn't look silly either

I have 165 50 15's on at the min and they are too small,But i ideally wanted 195 50 15's but as funds are tight couldn't afford them.I got some alloys with 195 55 15's of a mate and are near enough new so i thought i would fit them.is there much difference in the sizes 55's and 50's as i just think they look a fair bit fatter.

Thats what i got and lowered 50mm looks fine.

Depends on how wide your alloys are!
