i wana know whats what, i know you get front and rear struts and ARBs but whats the difference between the two?
is 1 lower and the other upper? if so which is which?

strut barces reinforce the suspention points, by transfering load to the other side,  arb's  are part of the supention and help reduce body roll.

lower strut braces go between the frount wishbonne mounts on mk2, upper braces go between strut tops,  rear braces go between rear strut tops
