Title: Rust Removal Tool

Anyone recommend a cheap rust grinder for sanding down rust spots on my car? Have quiet a few ranging from stone chips to larger spots a few centimeters in length on the inside of the doors. Have a large angle grinder at home but need something more compact.

A dremmel?
