Title: finally logged an error

so after 5 weeks of frustration with an intermittent issue where the car decided to idle at anything from 1000 to 1800 rpm an error has finally been stored!...looks like it's an issue with the throttle body. Hoping the stealer can sort it without creating more issues.

..the first five weeks of ownership have been pretty dismal because of this and a few other problems..lets hope it gets better. Been wishing I'd bought the S3 now  :sad:

Atleast your previous post will possibly help some other forum member identifying this problem a little sooner. :nerd:
