Hi,
I did that in my last Mk4, had front components & an amp but the lack of bass was annoying.
Don't want anything massive, just want that extra oomph.
Was thinking of an under seat sub but can't find any user reviews on them really.

havent got a pic to hand but i have a double 15" box in mine an have to say it takes up the whole boot :D
-
I think that'd be far too big for me.
My ideal set-up would be a sub in the arch but i'm not handy enough to build it myself so was looking at the custom made ones. £190

I has a single 12" JBL sub in my boot, took up about 1/3 of the boot but i had 2 amps aswell. No point in getting any more than that, i used to have 2 subs in a twin box but found it crap. Better off running a single good quality sub.

thtey are good subs, i persoanlly always go for JBL myself. Subs are pretty cheap really. I paid £35 for my sub, that was reduced from £80.

I have all the bits for my sub build except the sub and amp sitting in my room! Time to pull my finger out!
