Title: golf mk3 gti 8v tensioner replacement

I went to a vw dealer and bought a new tensioner, alternator belt and aircon belt,
its going to cost me a fortune to have it fitted there,
need help on doing it myself,
have little- no experience on vw cars!!
can anybody help me!!

If its the cambelt tensioner, thats easy one nut holds it on, keep belt taught and watch it doesnt jump a tooth, its normal to change the belt at the same time actually unless its been changed recently.

i done that but now it juggs, and makes a grinding noise!
on the other end of the tensioner (the spring part) it jerks!!!
