Title: HELP PLEASE!!! MK3 IGNITION BARREL REMOVAL/SWAP

Hi all I have a mk3 cabriolet and im trying to remove the barrel and change for new.

Can anyone please give me an idea how???

I replaced the complete inner column on mine as it was easier.
