What a crap company!
This is what happened
1 - On the 4th August i won on ebay a front VR6 look spoiler for my GTI or thats what they call them

2 - And they advised me to pay via special as they have had things go missing before in post, So i did!! At an extra ?5 charge
3 - Spoiler arrived! No special delivery! but standard post, So just paid an extra ?5 for nothing? >:(
4- the spoiler comes in to parts! one of which was black, the other was more bluey!!!? >:(
5 - Phoned them up told them, "ok send it back we'll send you another one"
6 - week goes by, Nothing, 2 still nothing! 3 phoned them up! Oh its on the way! 4 nothing! phoned up! oh its on its way! 1 month and a few days later! today! it turns up! standard post again!!!! no refund of extra charge or the fact i had to send it back! >:(
7 - AND!!!! THERE ONLY F***IN DIFFERENT COLOURS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! >:( >:( >:(
what a crap company! oh and i add! i e-mailed them loads of times through out all this! to get no reply!

Anyway! Rant over! Just wanted to let you fellow golfers this!
they are golfnutzparts (http://feedback.ebay.co.uk/ws1/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback&userid=golfnutzparts) on ebay and golf nutz the shop
what gets me though if you look at there feedback, they have a lot of good!
but there is also one guy that looks like he has had same problem as me, with these spoilers
So be careful when ordering from them

Question is what to do! Do i send them back again! in hope of right ones, same colour! or for the chances they might send me a refund!
Also their one of these companys that doesn't leave you feedback untill you have left them it!
So if i now leave negative feedback! you know there gonna screw me over! Even though i was a good buyer and paid same day!
Thats where the ebay feedback thing is floored!
it should be if you are the seller, you have to leave feedback first! And untill you do, the buyer can't leave it!

If you paid on credit card - go through their channels for a chargeback.
The merchant gets stuffed everytime.

the first time I used them was outside ebay and they delivered in time for newark 1. the 2nd time was a rocker cover on ebay. took about 2/3 weeks with no communication on their part. they said they were having delays with the chromers.
shouldn't they have the parts there before they list them on ebay. I know everyone else does.

The NEG FEEDBACK on EBAY should have set the alarm bell ringing especially as they have sold this item before and received neg feedback for it. >:(
