Hello
I have an 8v gti which has a bit of a misfire around 2500rpm. I've replaced plugs and leads and after reading several similar posts on here my next guess is airflow meter. I want to unplug it and see if it drives ok without it. How do i unplug it without breaking anything (nails included )? I have a tendancy for being a little heavy-handed..... Any tricks/tips would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks
Chally.

You take the plug out of the sensor....simple.

+1 its a little black box between the airbox and the throttle body and you may wish to give the throttle body a clean while your at it usually helps.
