Mechanisms
Motors
Switches/Grab handles
Door looms
Dash loom

I've got all the parts to do this as my dad is breaking a Mk3 TDI, but I took one look at the dash loom and said 'sod that'

:)

its already manual but the mechanism is broke the cable is snapped and some one has put a bit of wood in the door to keep the window up

i wanted to know how much it would cost and if it was easy to just convert it to electric

in my opinion, its simple to convert to electric, almost plug and play (and might well be)

the price will vary alot, depends how much you can get the parts. I got all the parts i needed for £50. All depends what you can get the motors and regulators for. And you may need new door cards, definatly new handles.

You could convert to electric mirrors at the same time. its pointless me detailing what you got to do. its all wrote out in the maintenance section. Go have a glance.
