Title: g tech
Post by: VeeDubGTI16v on 09 September 2004, 14:15
anyone used one of those g tech pro 0-60 timers that you stick on windshield like snoopers? how accurate are they? (p.s. got 7.54secs 0-60 with a passenger and a big arse tool box :D)

more accurate than a stop-watch, less accurate than laser gear, so a decent compromise really. the biggest factor is obviously the road you're using since it measures g-force, if the road has uneven parts or is slightly uphill/downhill the results will be erronious.

i have two if you want to buy one, retailing on the stands at vwaction for ?120+ , im asking ?65 plus postage, brand new still boxed.

p.s i managed a 0-60 time of 6.21s on a perfectly flat road  ;D
