Well as title says my whiteline rear adj arb is faulty after me and jonny fitted his last week i had another look at mine as i wasn't happy with my l/h side droplink as it sits at an angle and is pulling the poly bush any way we took mine of to compare to jonnys arb and found it to be twisted at the left hand side  so put it all back on my car and monday rang damian at dpm performance top marks to dpm as there is no issue with it being changed i emailed some pics for dpm and whiteline and yesterday damian emailed back to tell me whiteline will be sending me one out as soon as they have some in stock :afro: will be 2-3 weeks possibly  also before whiteline send me a replacement i have to cut my old one in two and send them a picture of it
anyway looking forward to recieving my replacement and well done to damian at dpm with how he has responded to my issue :afro:

We'e sold loads of these and I mean loads and this is the first problem we're had with one, infact the first problem we've had with anything from Whiteline.

As Matt says though, ourselves and Whiteline have no problem with sorting any problems out as soon as possible and if ourselves or Whiteline had of had a rear ARB in stock, Matt's would of been changed the next day.

Again sorry for the delay Matt and thanks for your post.

we fitted one of these to a customer's leon recently - similar issue by the sounds of it but not quite as bad. The 'kinks' at either end to bolt to the links weren't perfectly symmetrical and twisted at an ever-so-slightly different angle so it sat closer to the spring cup on one side

sounds like it  its just luck of the draw i suppose but 2 out of thousands that whiteline sell is no bad average really i was just unfortunate but at least whiteline have recognised the issue at the end of the day i still regard it as one of my better upgrades cant go wrong for the price really

yeah it seemed to do the trick, only other issue was the customer wanted it on the 'middle' setting.. but the bar has 4 holes for adjustment  ... although with the odd twist it wasn't physically possible to use the very stiffest setting anyway

 as far as i know toph the last '4th' hole cant be used i tried with mine and jonnys but there isnt any way the bolt will ever go through the arb pity tho
