Title: not shifting into gear's smoothly

hello, i just did the vr6/g60 clutch upgrade, and works very well but recently finding that its quite difficult to change gears at high revs, i kno i shouldnt really be ragging my car too much but this never used to be a problem before so was wondering maybe its something i done , or any help would be much appriciated. thanks

White grease on the moving gear linkage parts may help  :undecided:
