have got a late 97 vr6 mk3 ,been lowered, kn induction kit , but thats about it ,not much i know what i am wanting to know is whats the next thing i should be doing to make it that bit quicker/perform better etc ?got around 1500£ to spend so any sugestions

I would put a cat back jetex stainless exhaust, and get it remapped.

I think the VSR is about £1500.

ok cool well its within my budget does it make a big difference to what i got now,links to were i can get it from or fitted asking a lot of questions i know but am new to this :smiley:

The VSR will give you much larger amount of low down torque, it won't give you anymore power overall.

steel cam rods steel pistons, lightened and balanced fly wheel and uprated clutch, stage 1-3 gareet turbo, intercooler. your done also a remap, might make it go that bit further. also uprated sparkies and HT leads. not too sure on the sparkies thoe. oh a straight pipe from cat if you dont want any probs with mot and youl hear that v6 sound

You can get the storm developement Rotrex supercharger kit with a 10psi pulley for 1500. You would still need to make boost piping, and get it mapped, but it would almost double the power output.
In the pic above, the manfifold that is schrick costs £1000 alone. haha!
