Hi all, been reading the posts for a while. Some great info.

Anyway just took the plunge and Ordered my new Pearl black Gti, looking like late November delivery. Oh it's going to be a long wait!     :cry:

I'm off for a test drive tomorrow, would be keen to know how much you got off.  Stealer told me that as long as I order this month, I will get the pre price increase rates.  Cheers.

It's pretty standard as it's our 2nd car, had to bribe the wife into getting it as I've always wanted one.

Oh, it's 3 door manual.

I got the deal through a broker company. Think it worked out about 7% discount.

i got 7% off through my local dealer although i did spec everything apart from sat nav & dynaudio.
rolfe holds the record with 2k + scrappage
