right, i finally got my keskins, adjusted the ride yesterday soo ittss loooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww and for some reason now im getting a rattle from the back box of my exhaust against the heat guard while in low revs. Does any one know of anything i can stick there which will stop the rattle and wont catch on fire lol
-
change the mounts for polly ones, dont move then!
-
Rip the heatshield off? Although to be honest, lowering your car more won't cause the exhaust to come into contact with the heat shields. You sure the exhaust clears the rear axle ok?
-
^^As above is it hitting the rear beam.
-
I would say rear beam too
-
yea i think it is, strangley though only hits the beam when cars in low revs after running for about 10mins and when people sit in my car :undecided: so how would i go about getting rid of this?

If you get the car on a ramp you will see if and where it is hitting, if it is the clamp then you need to turn it around.

on a side note, is it ok to remove the rear heatshield as mine rattles like crazy ?
sorry to hilack ur thread :embarassed:

Yes you can but I would not myself.

Your tyre is above that so you don't want too much heat building up in the tyre well.
With my Jetex there was a dent on the backbox, at first I thought it was a joke but there is a reason. it clears the hear shield.

Try to adjust it, undo the clamps and see if you can twist it to a better fit.
