Am currently looking at a Bora TDi 130 and am hoping to get one with about 60k on the clock. However there are a few out there of similar age with 80k for obviously cheaper money. Provided the service history is ok do I really need to worry too much about this? And is there anything specific I really need to look for (other than it being beige)?

Just make sure that the timing belt, water pump and tensioner is done at aprox 60k. That is an absolute must.
I'm sure you probably know that but just thought i'd highlight.
Remember that 80k on these cars are nothing your good to go til 180k maybe more if you look after the car.
Not sure of common probs to look out for on a bora so i'll leave that to a knowledgable member to advise.
