i have fitted boge turbo shocks and eibach 30mm lowering springs and i am happy with the ride but when i fitted them and dropped it onto the floor i noticed theres only about an inch gap between rear bumpstop and the shock.been running it a few weeks now and it is very hard at the back.do i need to cut them down?what have you done ??thanks

i cut my originals in half when i first lowered mine (or you can buy powerflex one's)

As above trim in half.

sorted it now .it was squashing the bumpstops when it was stood.ended up with hardly any thing left ,i would have liked to have left the dust sheild in but there was nothing to hold it.anyway its much better now abit softer at the back end and the annoying squeek has gone
only thing is its a bit lower now .the front could do with being 10-20mm lower but i already scrape the spoiler sometimes.
need to swap rear beam bushes asap too.its never ending

Be carefull cutting too much off the bumpstop as it could bottom out and damage the shock.

i left the fat bit on the top.

Should be ok then.
