prob mag only?

auto express is worse than what car.... really not worth the money...

Most of them are the same though, I've grabbed a few mags over the months, from Auto Express to Evo etc and not once has any of the mags got the spec of the GTI correct. They are all basically a sham. If the simple things like that can't be done right then they really are not worth reading.

If AE thinks its car of the year then fine, but I wont be listening to them.

The thing i always find funny is how many forums love EVO but hate autoexpress, but its the same group and very regular the same people writing the articles just in a slightly different manner. :grin:

i see AE as a consumer mag like a weekly version of what car.  i might buy if i was actively looking to buy a car.

Evo, Performance Car i see as enthusiast mags where i like reading about cars even if i am not about to buy.  this is why i'm not fussed about errors in spec detail.  its the thoughts and opinions i like, not the detailed facts.

Autocar is somewhere inbetween, more enthusiast than consumer (since it has more errors!)
