:cry: i have a 1989 mk2 16v which someone tryed to steal by hotwiring my car so at the minute i have a plastic plug which i think goes on the back of the ignition problem is i dont know were the wires go in the little black plug can anyone pls help asap :cry: :cry: :cry:

S/SU - red/brown
X - yellow/black
15 - black
30 - red
50 - red/black
P - grey
think that covers it!

been out and had a look on my car for u mate coz i hate f**kin thievin pikeys
on mine '86 8v its got 1 fat red wire,1 fat red and black wire, a fat black and yellow wire, a slim grey wire and 2 slim black wires
on the plug on mine there are numbers on the plastic near the holes where the wires go in
they are as follows
1 fat red and black in hole 50
1 fat red wires in hole 30
1 fat black with yellow stripe in hole X
1 slim grey wire in hole P
2 slim black wires connected together in hole 15
