Title: My Mk2 16V
Post by: dubber36 on 31 July 2009, 11:54
A mate brought his new camara over the other day, so we thought some decent pictures were in order.

It's a very standard 1990 16V, having only had one owner before me, and came with a full dealer and specialists service history, old MOT's and tax discs.

I've not updated this for ages, but not that much has happened.

The boot got treated to new turret and rear panel carpets from Newton Commercial and the modern stereo got changed for a Kenwood Radio Cassette with a boot mounted changer. The changer is velcro'd to the rear panel carpet, so no holes needed drilling.

Last night though, I had some luck for once and bagged a rainbow 40/60 split rear bench with headrests off ebay. Hopefully I'll have some pics of my fully carpeted boot and new rear seat sometime soon.
