As above I like black badges and im gonna order some but not sure if they would look strange with silver GTI badges, If i was to get red GTI badges would this look like im trying to identify my car as 16v? I dont wanna look like a knob lol

They wont look bad but would look alot better with a red GTi badge. I have a red GTi badge and a black VW badge, goes quite well.
I thought the red GTI badge was off the anni?

I think Red badges were off the anni? but was it not an option on the 16v models to have either red GTI badges or Red 16v badges?
-
Red badges were only fitted to anni's, I had black badges on mine but removed the GTI badge.

Yea I just think the grill looks lost without GTI badge, anyway order some and i can swop it about untill im happy! need to spend serious money really and get coilies and rims but baby on the way these little changes keep me from getting bored

If funds are tight, rub your old badge down and paint as required.

I had to spray my rear badge black cuz some douche tried painting it white!
It came out spot on, so just do that saves a couple quid too :)
