Title: stripping a mk3 2.0 16v....how much?

If i decided to strip my 1995 golf gti mk3 16v how much realistically could i make from it?

engine runs fine so thats probably worth a bit...but the gearbox is a duff...
electric windows all round...
lowered(not sure what)....
brand new front pads/vented discs


any rough ideas as i am not sure what parts are worth?

Hi look on ebay and you can get a good idea of prices. how much would you take for the lowering springs??

how much time do you have, how much storage space do you have and how do you fancy posting loads of items??
Last gti I broke (8v) i got about £400 for the bits (exc engine,box and seats) but it took me a good year!!

i am based in sheffield too and i need a part,

i need a rear stub axel or bearing carrier some call it, 1 guy in breakers section has offered me 17 for the part, do you wana sell it me the same and i could come around, also i have a mate on my road who is looking for some seats if you wanna sell em, give me a price and ill ask him
