Title: Converting to five stud?

Alrite just intrested is there alot of parts to soruce to Converting to five stud? i have got 16v front hubs and 16v rear axle on my mk2 , would i need complete mk3 hubs?

What would happen with the rear stub axles,

Is it as simple as getting converter adaptors?
