Post by: nogama3 on 31 August 2004, 12:42
does anyone know how to do this on a mk3? are these badges stuck on or do they have pins? i need to remove my tdi badge which sits under the 'golf'  badge. any help appreciated.

They are stuck on. Top tip, warm the badge with a hair dryer. This makes it easyer to remove. If any residue is left clean with thiners.
done to my last 3 mk3's.
I replace with mk4 badges.

If you don't have a hair dryer, use hot water, then slice the badge off using dental floss.
