Title: RCD300 & ipod/armrest thingy - what's needed?

OK, looking at a temporary plan b.

Got an RCD300 (mk5 golf) - looking at an armrest ipod cradle (VW one)

What else do I need? Is it just the cable? to the back of the stereo?
