Post by: 1995GTI on 21 July 2009, 21:58

It only came on when i changed the clocks, maybe it was a service for the car that the clocks came out off?

Any1 know how to get rid of it?

The services reminders are "IN 01" etc though, there is no s or p in there unless i am missing something?

Is it only when you turn the ignition for the first couple of seconds?

Yes if you changed the clocks it probly retained the timer from the car previous for the intervals if that is whats flashing. It shouldnt however make your oil light flash (unles it is on ignition!)

It is. lol. As boneybradly said.

And it is possible that the clocks stored it from the old car, as the clocks store the milliage.
