Title: is this normal ??

this is on a golf 2002 gt tdi 130
should it be flush like the LHS or protrude like this :

they should be the same height - mine protrude by the way

how's the handling cos it could well be your top mount if shot  :undecided:

no thats not normal, thats your top mount, you want to get that sorted asap

Not to protrude like that, looks as though the top mount has come out

hmmm well it got the Mr Dai Spring Fitting Maestro seal of approval   :undecided:

thanks for the quick response guys,
i forgot to mention that that is a new mount,
it doesn't knock and the handling is ok but soggy.
i have one like this and then one flush,
which one is faulty ? lol

trying to confirm now!! I went out and checked my car so i presume Steve is now doing the same  :grin: :grin: :grin:

Just checked mine and both are the same as pictured   :undecided:
