i am goin to be fitting my r32 side skirts on is tiger seal the stuff to use to bond them on or is there sumink better???

Tiger seal, or any other type of PU based sealer is simply NOT up to the job of carrying heavier parts, this product is actually meant for gap filling, and seam sealing, and can also be over painted..
The correct product to use is windscreen adhesive, and the correct brush on primer that comes in a kit...

also try looking on ebay for similar products, but avoid the 2pack adhesives that need a special application gun
