Hi everyone, just a quick note to never buy anything from BassJunkies.com

I brought something that turned up and was either second-hand or ex-demo. The security code on the printed card was wrong because the serial number on the card and unit didn't match.

After an email with no reply I phoned and was told "that's strange" and someone would phone me back. After nobody calling back, I sent the item back recorded delivery.

After a couple more emails and phone calls resulting in no refund, I had to make a complaint to the Office of Fair Trading and get the credit card company to phone the monkies demanding a refund.

Please please stay clear of these idiots.

met a couple of them when i worked for installations company in leicester. every one i know that gpot stuff from them either got sent the wrong stuff or cheaper stuff then what they ordered

i tried them for a sat nav... nearly £200 for the only one thay said in stock {sony}. IMO thay charge well over the top
