Title: Brown wire near fuel filler neck

hello. Did a search with no luck.

I was cleaning out the muck from under the arches. I removed the rubber fuel filler neck cover and found a brown wire with a spade connector lurking around. Im guessing its an earth but where does it go?

by the way i advise all mk2 owners to remove the cover and give it a good clean. There will be soo much mud stuck around there :sick:

I think it fits somewhere around the filler neck.
