raceland coilovers this week

would like to know if anyone has got any tips
and any problems they had, and how they overcame them.

preferably tips  :rolleyes:

Change the top mounts rear and front. VR6 mounts for the front.

Remember to put the front bearing bellow the nut not ontop.

Take your time and remember to measure the thread on each side to ensure they are the same both sides.

The rear will sit higher than the fronts due to the added weight.

No difference really but your old ones will be really soft and can lead to rattles

i've read somewhere a might need some sort of alignment after ive fitted the coilovers

Yea you need to get your camber re setup. If you don't it will handle like a pig and eat tyres.

I had mine done for £60 with tracking.

Bathwick in Yeovil. Smart machine, Snap On system and all.

It is worth doing though, you must do it asap after doing anything on the suspension relly.
