Pull the headlight switch towards you, as if to pull it out.

Does it have one step on it or 2? Is there a light for the front fogs beside that switch?

What year is your golf as it sounds like you dont have front fogs.

Are they aftermarked indicators/fogs??

Not sure that the 1995 8v had fogs as standard  :undecided: I had to buy the fogs, switch and loom

The parts can vary in price as you will have to find them on either the bay or down at your local scrappy. I got my fogs & indicators from a show last year and the loom and switch off the bay........total cost  = £60.

Really easy to fit. The loom just replaced your existing headlight loom and the switch is just a direct plug in replacement.
