You want a re-map mate, not a chip. Chipping cars is best left to the Cosworths and RS Turbo days!!

where that section...remap? can you actually make these slugs go any faster, me mate in his rover 1.4 keeps up with me, very disturbing to be honest lol

ummm... No not really. If you wanted speed then the 1.8T is what you need.

Your going to get hardly any power gains from a remap (10bhp or there abouts, same as taking a sh!t before you get in :D) but it should make it feel sharper and improve throttle response. It doesn't surprise me that your mates 1.4 can keep up, its a painfully slow engine :(
