Title: HELP NEEDED plug gap

Does anyone know what 0.8mm is in inces i think its about 0.028" is this right :undecided:

Thanks so its 0.031. i was told it was 0.045. what it is im have a nightmare with these pulse plugs it tells you to set as 0.8mm on ebay and tells you it should be 0.030" in leaflet you get with plugs .They have died and having problem with the supplyer how is now saying they should of been set to 0.045" as stated .There isnt anything saying they should of been that size only says dont go over 0.045" :undecided:

 i bought a spark plug feeler gauge that was in millimeters. set them all to 0.8 fitted them, and away i went. if you disconnect the battery before fitting, your engine wont need to learn the new characteristics of the plugs "according to the pulstar instructions". if you dont then it says that it will take around a full tank of fuel to get the full benefit. i can definatly feel a difference :laugh: . i think my exhaust note has changed slightly also.

I set mine to 0.8mm put they failed trying to get a refund but the bloke keeps saying the gap should of been 0.45mm his trying to say its my fault  :embarassed:

There no good ?  :shocked:

ive got the pulsar plugs didnt even know you had to ajust the gap and mines runing fine!

starts up much faster, idels alot smoother but performance wise ive not noticed much but im going a RR day soon so will tell you then! fingers crossed they do or ive just chucked £100 down the drain! :shocked:

there set at 0.040" your lucky u didnt adjust them like i did by putting them to 0.8mm as it says but have been told they should of been set to 0.045" :cry:

by the way i got the bloke to take them back i want a refund i wouldnt trust them again ,limp mode sucks :undecided:
