not too clever to be honest
i would look at something along the jbl infinity range in that price bracket
-
As troublestarter says. Jbl, infinity, or even fusion. Will do better quality gear for around ya money. Also try & buy online, you'll get more for your money, generally.
Although if you can't wait, your a bit stuck.

take them to the edge and push the *unts off!!
hehe
good ice means spend a bit, never gonna get quality from lower priced brands

There are quite a few descent budget speakers out there. It's all about the installation to get the most from the speaker. Fixed in solidly, good termination, preferably deadened doors & preferably amped. I've heard well installed budget speakers sound better than poorly installed, more expensive ones.
Shop around there are bargains to be had.

Prob not great, i brought some budget ones a while ago, a FLI comp set. Nothing special but good for the money, a sideproject of vibe i believe
-
went for these instead

they are comps considering there are a pic of coaxial speakers which are made by the same company as hifonics, plus i did have fusions in at first but didnt like them, plus got no where to put the fusion crossover unlike them speakers which fit in the dash speaker holes
now on the look out for some decent 6x4/4x6 speakers upto the £30 range

With all ice you get what you pay for. Simple as really.
And what B-Chi said installation is important if you really wana ge them to perform :)
