After looking at the plain jane flanks of the mk6, then seeing the GTI-Street photographed at Worthersee GTI Treffen this year I wondered how good the mk1 GTI style side stripes would look on an otherwise standard mk6 GTI.
Would anybody be kind enough to have a go at chopping the stripes onto the standard car? You never know, it could catch on..... :smiley:

You can just about make out the side stripes along the bottom of the door above the ickle side skirt in the pictures below.
