guys,
just want to ask on your cars have you sprayed your front spoilers or have you left them standard black as they come, i have just purchaced 1 and was thinking of spraying the same as the car mulberry purple?
-
No point, 1st curb you hit and it will crack.
-
You paint it mate but stay away from kerbs!
-
+ speed bumps, pot holes, sticks, stones, and any other debris.
It would also get dirty verrrrrry quick.
I dont go a day without hitting my splitter at like 4-5times.

I would never paint it, this was mine after hitting a low curb.

lol, I cracked mine 2nd day after fitting my splitter. However, I drive carefully now, but that doesnt stop the splitter from scraping speedbumps etc.

previous owner on my vr had sprayed the bottom lip, but the paint was cracking all over the place and looked horrid, took it off and replaced with an original albeit skinny lip, which takes a battering daily but is still going strong, most i have to do is push it back in.

You just have to learn to drive sensibly!
And stay away from kerbs etc. Ummm like I did! :embarassed:
