Title: Cold Air Intake?
Post by: warnesey333 on 01 July 2009, 22:24
Just fitted my K&N induction kit and was wondering what the best way was to supply it with cold air?

I don't want to move it to below the bumper as I'm scared of getting water in it but I was hoping to find something that pushes the air upwards?

Cheers

Jack

there is some bumper vents you can buy i've seen on a site, google venom motor sport and you'll find them.

It comes with a duct so you should be able to wang it somewhere near you're air filter? But i think its about 60 quid or so for a pair but you only get on duct pipe. or get some ducting and run from the filter to somewhere it gets air. any old stuff will do

cheers for your reply.

I've had a look and found ones without the pipe.
I'm going to try and find some flexipipe from like B&Q or Wickes and see how bad a DIY job I can do!
