Sounds like the levellers for the xenon lights are doing their job but not keeping up with the changing road surface.

I have noticed the same issue with mine.  Could you let us know the outcome?

I have a feeling they will say its a feature of xenons, as the light is so much brighter than halogens and more directional, perhaps sudden movement over bumps will be more noticeable, especially if the auto leveler cant keep up?

I had this on my GTI, on mine the plastic bracket holding the light in place had snapped and the light was therfore moving. I'm sure the brackets are quite cheap, but bumper will have to come off to replace.

Mine was very noticeable, especially on the motorway.
