Hi All,

I have just knocked off my electric wign mirror adjuster! Its on my MK4 1999 1.8t GTI. As your all aware its location just in front of the handle to open the door on the drivers side. Anyone tell me where I can by another unit? Also how to replace it??

Has the knob just come off? Won't it just push back on? If not, your best speaking to VW probably.

Yeah its snapped off wont go back on!

Ah...sorry mate. I don't know what to suggest. I would talk to VW and see what they say. It's not a problem I've ever come across before. Hope you get it sorted though!

Anyone no if you can just pop the switch out or is it a case of taking the whole door card off?

annoyingly its a door card off job!!  :sad:
