Inside the light??
If they are take the lights out and use a vacuum cleaner and tape some small hose to it and use that to suck them out

remove front bumper and then the unit itself will be the best way to do a proper job

Rhyso do thay just bolt on then or is it more complicated than that?

4 torx screws in each arch liner, remove two outer bumper grills and remove the two bolts, remove front grill and remove the 5 bolts there

the headlight units are held in by 4 torx screws

will take you about 20-30 minutes first time around but after a bit of practice you'll be able to do it in 5
