Title: Can anyone explain the different types of engine ??
Post by: Pich on 28 June 2009, 18:26
Hi ive been looking at the different mk4s and ive noticed that theres a few different engines, whats
the best ?
Is the 1.8t non anni alot worse than the anni 1.8t ?
Is the 1.8t non anni better than the 2.0L gti ?
Any other advice would be great
Thanks
James

The 2.0ltr gti is not as quick as the 1.8t. The 2.0ltr is normally aspirated whereas the 1.8 is turbo charged

yea, not all the 1.8 20v motors have the joy of a turbo, like mine   Still quicker than the 2.0 lump though
