you can hear in this one that he started both engine's seperate times ;)
-
well technically the engines have to be situated next to eachother at a certain angle (?) to be a W12 ? Still a pretty hard thing to do in a match box.

who cares if it's not a real w12. it's still a lupo with two vr6 engines. I would love to own that.
-
I remember reading this on E38 over a year ago and thinking omg ! Its taken him AGES to create but wow !
-
A w12 is 2 vr6 engines stuck together. I doubt that one lump would fit in a lupo.
-
Right boys lets not get too anal here, the point is the man has 2 V6 engines in a Lupo, which in the words if Mr.Rascal is bonkers! I think he can get away with calling it a W12.
-
sweet i want one

Kind of what I was thinking. :afro:

Regardless of whether or not it's a "true" W12, it's still fooking impressive. I still can't get over the sound of the thing!!! BAAAARRRRRPPPPP...BBBBAAAARRRRRPPPPPPP

as I said to him when he started building it, the engines he's gone with aren't ideal.

2x20vt would have made more sense. Smaller, lighter and easier to tune. Nobody, at the time, had done twin 20v either.
