Hi all.
Must tell you about this one!
For insurance on your R32's try Elephant.co.uk
I have no-ncb (ex-wife's fault) and they still quoted me only ?1200 fully comp for 12months insurance on my new R32!
I tried HIC (they covered my older Golfs) and they admitted much defeat.
Give'em and go.
Tips: I put my father on the policy as a named driver and saved ?150, also I paid in full and saved another ?200!, don't by on the phone (costs more), buy online.
Happy driving...
I'm 33 by the way, live in Ashfod Kent.

WOW, good call. Just input my details putting the wife and both aged parents onto it and got a quote for ?258 Fully Comp. for a 1990 8v valued at ?2K.
I've only got 2 years No Claims but am getting on a bit.
This is about ?200 a year less than I'm paying for TPFT, reduces my excess by ?100 and I've upped the value of my car. ;D ;D ;D

Cheap and R32 do go together! Especially if your ex-wife is paying for it through her CSA payments!!!!!! I got custody you see.
Anyhow I only do 10k miles a year around Brighton....
The best deal is the Service ,Maintinance and tryes packeage. You see, for the sum opf ?40 pcm, VW will kindly service it, maintain it (that means expensive lights, pads, and discs,) and keep it shod in Michelin Pilot Cup Sport tyres.....I think VW got stuffed there...don't you?

i have my passat 1.8 turbo insured with elephant.co.uk and they are mega cheap. and ive got my polo g40 insured with admiral.com. they are the same company just different branches and they have periods where one gets cheaper than the other so check them both out. other insurance companies wouldnt even touch me as i only passed my test in september 04 (6 months ago) and my boyfriend only passed a year ago and hes only 23. well impressed.
