Title: Advice Big Bumper Removal

Hey need some advice,

I want to remove, clean & refit both front & rear big bumpers, they are not sitting flush
is this a straight forward job? how are they secured?

p.s anyone know how to safely remove metering head from airbox 16v mk2, i dont wanna damage anything, ta

on both front and back bumpers there are 4 bolts securing the bumper on underneath the car


i think they are about 17mm

just undo them and pull the bumper towards you. made you you disconnect your fog lights if you have them fitted
