Title: Need help removing Dashborad on vw golf clipper 1991 model
Post by: humaakht on 17 June 2009, 12:36
Hi guys, I need to remove the dashboard on my 1.8 clipper to get to the burnt out wiring loom behind it, it seems quite tricky and the dealership are asking for 4 hours labour, just wondering if any of you guys out there have done it and if it is a tricky job or something i can do myself, Also any special tools needed?

Thanks

not particularly difficult, just a few bolts and screws. all the switch surrounds and switches need to come out to access hidden screws and removal of heater control panel etc
