It sounds as if you have checked the obvious. When you switch on the ignition, does the fuel pump prime, or run continuously? If it runs continuously, then you may have an ECU problem which will also affect your spark.
Have you tried removing a spark plug, plugging it into a lead then, whilst holding it against the engine block, looking for a spark whilst someone is turning the engine on the key? (Make sure you get a good earth, because you could damage the ECU otherwise, unless of course, the ECU has gone anyway.)
Is the dizzy the type that has an earth lead attached to it? If so, check that the earth lead is still attached. That will prevent it from starting.

Hi thanks 4 the reply
it is on different fuel pump which runs off a switch i car so i cant tell you that bit. yeh i have earthed the spark plug still nothing, it has a new dizzy on which has a metal piece which is connected to the clamp that holds the dizzy on.
Some1 on here said TCI unit on top of ecu i did think that but wasnt 100% u think it will be that?

also known as an 'ignition module' if you have trouble obtaining one

sounds similar to my dreaded project.... except that would start and run with the key turned to ign position 3, but die instantly when the key returned to position 2.... i never did solve that problem....

Give the hall sender connector on the dizzy a wiggle and see if that helps

I second the hall sender idea! Timed up my digifant the other day, then couldn't start her. Wiggled the hall sender and hey presto..

It most probably is something you have disturbed when you replaced the ignition parts. Go over everything again, and make sure the plug leads are pushed home well into their sockets. If the HT lead from the coil to the dizzy is not fitted correctly, you will get nothing.
