Title: coilover help

hi all, just had a play with my coilovers today but im struggling on adjusting one, they,ve been on the car for about 1 year now and theres alot of junk on em, ive tried a big pair of mole grips around em but they move slightly but not enough! any ideas, ive cleaned em up wth a wire brush and wd40 and grease!

this seems to have sat here a while, have you got the c spanner that you need to adjust them?
