Title: Relay 30!?!

hey all,not been in for a while.i was just wondering what relay 30 is for?Ive been offered a golf gti mk3 with an intermittent running problem,as in,it cuts out sometimes,wont start other times etc and although ive not been in here for a while i seem to remember something about relay 30 fixing htis?!Cheers.  :smiley:

Relays 30 & 167 are for the fuel pump and ecu. both common failures on mk3's
